TX22 FRT
Installing the FRT in the TX22 is fairly straightforward, but I’ve included a video for reference.
Start by removing the slide and pulling the trigger—the small black piece that pops up is the sear you’ll be replacing.

Begin by removing the four pins on the lower grip module that secure the fire control group and safety assembly. Lift the entire assembly out as one unit, then separate the components.

Use caution: the slide stop is under spring tension and may pop out when removed.

Next, remove the right-side thumb safety by gently prying it off, followed by the left side.
Locate the pin that holds the original sear in place, remove it, and install the new sear with the rounded side facing upward.

Before reinstalling the safety assembly into the grip module, check the underside—there are two small pins that can shift out of position during sear removal. Make sure they’re seated correctly before reassembly.
